What
you do:
1) Take a paper cup, turn it upside down, and paint or marker your
guestés name on it.
2) Then fold a napkin back and forth as you do when you are making
a fan.
3) Lay the fan-like napkin on top of the paper cup and with the stick
end of the lollipop push through the layers of the napkin and through
the cup. The lollipop is then the angelés head.
4) Make a pipe cleaner halo and attach it around the angelés head
or push the straight section for the halo through the same hole made
for the stick of the lollipop. Enjoy!
